Experience
The founder developed business and IT strategies for banks, telecom and transport in IBM's consulting practice and led the digital transformation of 30+ banks. He audited the IT and operating model of a major bank, which led to a new front end and middle layer. In fintech he built a bank's technology strategy and roadmap, personally oversaw execution and owned the P&L. The financial side of the strategy is led by the team's CFO.
